There was plenty of lobster meat, so much it was hard to keep in the sandwich. It was made like a true lobster roll should be.claw meat and chopped celery in light mayonnaise on a toasted bun on top of a bed of lettuce.
We each had the Lobster Roll and were pleasantly surprised as it was much better and larger than we expected and came with a large portion of Waffle Fries. Plus, there is plenty of space between tables. It's nice that they have both tables that are 'outdoors' and tables that are under cover but still out in the open with some cooler air blowing. We do not care for the Hard Rock Restaurant menu, so we decided to have lunch by the pool.
A lot of the hotel / casino restaurants are closed during the daytime on weekdays since Covid started so it doesn't leave a lot of places to choose from for a weekday lunch.
